Stephanie Workman is a marketing consultant with over 20 years experience in management, marketing and sales. Her extensive background in the art, fashion and apparel industries enabled Stephanie to hone her skills at successfully moving people, products and brands forward. Having worked with a diverse portfolio of clients, her practical and creative approach to marketing as well as her solid communication skills allow Stephanie to bring the thinking and discipline of big business marketing to independent businesses. With her innate insight, intuition and keen understanding of human nature, Stephanie helps clients zero in on WHO they are as a business, and translates that into an engaging, approachable and dynamic brand that succeeds.
In addition to her love of working with independent businesses, Stephanie, an avid reader and mother of two, spends much of her free time cheering for her girls in hockey arenas, as well as skiing, inline skating, and torturing herself regularly with yoga.

Pet Peeves: Poor grammar, loud chewing, and people who drive slowly in the passing lane.

Kim Sanderson has over a decade of PR, marketing and advertising agency experience in a variety of disciplines, resulting in a diverse portfolio of work. She has worked with a wide range of clients in many industries, from beauty to banking, entertainment to environmental, automotive to alcohol. Over the years, Kim has learned critical and creative thinking and has honed her brand building, activation and execution skills to the next level. Her analytical thought process combined with her intuition ensures that every project she touches exceeds her clients’ expectations.
When she isn’t working, Kim is a mother of twin girls and spends way too much of her free time rooting them on at competitive Cheerleading competitions. She also loves movies, is addicted to her Kindle and can be a pretty mean cook when she’s in the mood.

Pet Peeves: Seriously sooo many…some of the biggest ones are people who stand on the left side of the escalator, two-faced people, flesh toned leggings (unless you are a dancer, and are actually about to perform) and the word “moist”.
